BDTS relates to the Black Dog Trading System.
Trading in any financial instrument, in any market, will present risk of loss, therefore, any decisions made to enter these markets must be your own responsibility. The BDTS relates to the forex markets and, therefore, you should understand the risks associated with taking these trades including the potential for loss.
It must be made clear, and well understood, that no representation is being made that you are likely to achieve the profits or losses as described in the BDTS manual.
The BDTS manual and associated website are solely intended for educational purposes only and no liability can be accepted whatsoever for ANY loss resulting from its content. It should also be well understood that forex trading is highly leveraged and is not suitable for everyone due to the risks involved.
As with any system associated with trading, past results are not indicative of future performance and in reality could prove to be far better or far worse than expected due to fluctuations in market volatility.
The volatility (or lack of) of the currency markets as a whole changes over time obviously resulting in performance variations of your chosen trading method. There are NO guarantees that a user of the BDTS will be successful due to variations in the risk tolerances and trader psychology. You should therefore know your own limitations and accept those responsibilities.
The educational material provided by the BDTS claims no guarantees. In that light, no employee, trustee, webmaster, or owner of the BDTS can accept liability for any losses suffered as a result of making any trading decisions based on the signals generated by the BDTS.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the presentation of the Black Dog Trading Program, ie., printable web pages and permanent downloadable files, it is with regret that refunds cannot be considered. Once access to the website and downloads page has been gained by the purchaser, it is assumed that this disclaimer and refund policy have been read, digested and accepted.
If the purchase has been made accidentally with no access to the website, a full refund will be made immediately upon receipt of an e-mail from the purchaser.
Occasionally double purchases are made through no fault of the purchaser, ie., buying the same product twice where the intention is to purchase only once. This is usually rectified very quickly at the Black Dog end, with a refund issued immediately. During busy times they can be overlooked, please e-mail as soon as you are aware of the problem.
We cannot consider a refund after 60 days.
