Before wanting to commit to a new system many people have reservations on whether they are going to be scammed (as usual), conned may be a better word, or they may simply have a question or two which may decide whether they purchase or not. This is fair enough. The Black Dog is a relatively new system as regards being available to the general trading public although I have traded it for some time now, so the 'word' has not got around yet. It will.
Scam. Con. Nasty words. If anything, we are honest traders at the Black Dog and we have no need to scam anybody, we are not slick salesmen nor marketers, our website should tell you that much. There are no flashing lights, bells, whistles, or dancing girls on the Black Dog website, these are all associated with the salemen posing as traders. This is an honest site, by honest traders, for honest traders. Period.
In that light, the Black Dog community helps each other by way of the forum. It is never very long before someone answers a question posted by a BDog owner. Usually there are a few answers to choose from.
This does not help the prospective BDog owner so the first port of call should be the FAQ page and hopefully your answer will be there. If not, then I'm afraid that it will have to be me that fills the role in being your saviour.

The other medium previously used was by Skype, but this has now got to be reserved solely for Bdog owners as time is very tight. Please do not offer to exchange Skype details as this will have to be politely refused until such time as you become a member of the BDog community. Hopefully that will not be too long. The same goes for the 'phone. I do not use 'em.
